1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the GoUltra platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by GoUltra Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service GoUltra provides a technical solution for businesses to manage and send messages via the WhatsApp Business API. We act as an intermediary between you and Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta").

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws (e.g., GDPR, TCPA).

  • Strict Adherence to Meta Policies: You must strictly follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

  • You confirm that you have obtained prior opt-in consent from all message recipients.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Payment Processing: We use Stripe as our primary third-party payment processor to handle all secure transactions. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by Stripeโ€™s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Subscriptions: Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected by you during the checkout process.

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations Our Service integrates with various third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Calendar and Meta (WhatsApp).

  • Agreement to Third-Party Terms: By using these integrations, you agree to be bound by the respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of those third parties.

  • Google Calendar Compliance: Specifically, regarding Google Calendar, you agree to comply with the Google Terms of Service.

  • Service Availability: GoUltra Systems LLC is not responsible for any interruptions or changes made by these third-party providers that may affect the functionality of our Service.

7. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if your WhatsApp Business Account is flagged/banned by Meta for policy violations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. GoUltra Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or message delivery failures caused by third-party platforms (Meta/Google).
