Refund Policy

We aim for clear, predictable refund terms. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and which charges are non-refundable.
1. Free Trial Period
- All new accounts include a 7-day free trial of the selected plan
- During the trial, you can use all features included in your selected plan
- A valid payment method (credit card or other accepted method) is required at signup to prevent abuse
- No charge is applied during the 7-day trial
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- In-app: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Email: support@goultra.ai with subject "Cancellation Request"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Monthly subscriptions
- Charges for the current billing month are non-refundable
- Cancellation prevents future charges
- Unused days in the current month are not credited or refunded
3.2 Annual subscriptions
- Within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, you may request a full refund
- After 14 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals
3.3 Two-year subscriptions
- Within the first 30 days of a two-year subscription, you may request a full refund
- After 30 days, no refund applies
3.4 Extenuating circumstances
We may consider partial refunds at our discretion in extenuating circumstances (e.g., extended service outages on our side, billing errors, accidental upgrades). Contact support@goultra.ai with details.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are never refundable:
- WhatsApp conversation charges (these are billed by Meta directly, not GoUltra)
- Setup fees, professional services, or training (where applicable)
- Add-on features charged separately and consumed
- AI Bot usage fees beyond included quotas
- Charges for services successfully delivered
5. WhatsApp Conversation Charges
Important: GoUltra is not a billing intermediary for WhatsApp messaging.
- WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your connected payment method
- These charges follow Meta's pricing tiers and are independent of your GoUltra subscription
- GoUltra cannot refund Meta-charged amounts. For Meta billing disputes, contact Meta directly through your WhatsApp Business Manager
6. Failed or Disputed Payments
- If a payment fails, we attempt re-collection within 5 business days
- If the payment cannot be collected, the account is suspended after 7 days of failure
- Suspended accounts are deleted after 30 additional days unless payment is settled
- Chargeback disputes will result in immediate account suspension pending resolution
7. Currency and Local Taxes
- Subscriptions are billed in the currency selected at signup
- Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added where required by law
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge
- Currency conversion losses are non-refundable
8. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@goultra.ai with:
- Your account email address
- Your business name (if applicable)
- The transaction date and amount
- Reason for the refund request
We respond within 3 business days with confirmation or follow-up questions. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund request:
- Contact our support team for review at support@goultra.ai
- If unresolved, you may dispute the charge with your card issuer or bank
- Customers in the EEA may also file a complaint with their local consumer protection authority
- Customers in Israel may contact the Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority (https://www.gov.il/en/departments/the_consumer_protection_authority)
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active Customers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

This Refund Policy is provided in English, Hebrew, and Arabic. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version controls for legal interpretation, except where local law requires otherwise.
