Our Commitment

GoUltra Systems LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures Taken

GoUltra takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields, menus) can be operated using only the keyboard (Tab, Enter, Space, Escape keys). A visible focus indicator is displayed on all focusable elements.
  • Screen Reader Support: ARIA labels and roles are applied to icons, buttons, navigation elements, modals, and form inputs. Semantic HTML5 elements (nav, main, header, footer) are used throughout the application.
  • Skip Navigation: A "Skip to main content" link is provided for keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation.
  • Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, as required by WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Text Resizing: The interface remains functional and readable when text is resized up to 200% using browser zoom settings.
  • Reduced Motion: Animations and transitions are disabled for users who have enabled the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting in their operating system.
  • Form Accessibility: All form inputs have associated labels or ARIA labels. Validation errors are communicated to assistive technologies.
  • Accessibility Widget: A third-party accessibility overlay (UserWay) is integrated across all pages, allowing users to adjust text size, contrast, cursor size, stop animations, and more.
