It is intentionally lighter than enterprise CRM platforms — many customers use GoUltra alongside their existing CRM and keep WhatsApp-side data in GoUltra.
Yes. Upload a CSV with your contacts (name, phone, email, custom fields). Each contact gets a profile in GoUltra with their full WhatsApp conversation history. Direct integrations with named third-party CRMs are not currently part of the product.
Phone number is used as the main identifier for contact matching. If your import includes a phone number that already exists, review the contact record to confirm the correct customer details before sending messages.
Yes - with one critical caveat. Segmented broadcasts must be sent only to contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive marketing messages from you. The segmentation happens through tags, custom fields, or behavioral filters (e.g., "booked appointment in last 30 days"). All sends use Meta-approved templates and respect opt-in status.
